About this Full time Clinical Office Assistant Position:

What you’ll do:

  • Provide accurate and timely word processing, data entry, correspondence and file management of confidential and sensitive information including meeting minutes, surveys, audits and WCB reports
  • Support and maintains accurate records including those related to HR and staffing
  • Support the ordering, monitoring and costing of stationary, document and nursing supplies
  • Promote a positive work environment by being respectful, following processes, managing conflict and demonstrating flexibility and reliability

What you’ll need:

  • MUST hold a HCA certificate, or be qualified to work as an HCA
  • 2+ years’ experience working in an administrative function, ideally in HR support
  • Strong MS Office skills with advanced proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Excellent English language and strong interpersonal skills with a mature, cooperative and caring nature
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills; ability to earn the trust and cooperation of others
