About this .90 FTE Registered Nurse Leadership Role:

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the front line care team to support residents to have the best quality of life experience by planning, coordinating and evaluating all aspects of resident centered care
  • Guide, mentor and inspire a team of care staff with the support of your leadership team
  • Promote exemplary collaborate practice within an environment of continuous quality improvement.
  • Create a safe environment for residents by focusing on prevention, monitoring and evaluation of key clinical indicators.

What you’ll need:

  • A Bachelor of Nursing and CARNA registration (or eligibility)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Proven management, leadership, clinical judgement and interpersonal skills
  • Keen knowledge of current leading nursing practices and strong understanding of Continuing Care Health Services Standards (CCHSS)
  • Experience in Dementia care
