Personal Care Services

The optimum comfort, care and well-being of each of our residents is the principal focus of each member of our staff. To that end, The Beverly Centre has dedicated hundreds of man-hours to develop a manual of operating policies that guides our practices and behaviors and clearly articulates the high standards to which we are all committed.

In addition, a comprehensive Resident and Family Handbook is distributed to each new resident and family. This Handbook outlines our corporate Values and the Rights & Responsibilities of all stakeholders in our partnership: the resident, the resident’s family and the staff and administration of The Beverly Centre.

The development of these guidelines is a dynamic and ongoing process that is constantly evolving through input from residents, families and employees. These guidelines form the backbone of our operating principles to ensure the safety, comfort and security of our Beverly Centre residents and their families.

Getting Involved

Our experience clearly indicates that our residents adapt most quickly and comfortably to their new home at The Beverly Centre when they become involved in activities at our Centre and when their family members participate in their daily lives. The Beverly Centre offers many opportunities through the following groups to enhance your involvement and to enable you to be an active partner in the activities we offer.

  • Beverly Auxiliary
  • Volunteer Opportunities
  • Residents’ Association
