Your monthly accommodation fee provides for “Full Service Living” which includes:

• 24 hour on-site staff
• An emergency call bell safety system
• Restaurant style dining with an emphasis on home cooking
• 3 delicious and nutritious meals a day plus snacks and drinks
• Weekly housecleaning; internal & external maintenance
• All utilities included (except telephone and cable charges)
• Recreation and wellness programs (social, arts and crafts, and fitness)
• Billiard, shuffleboard and games rooms, libraries and fireplace lounges
• Scheduled transportation services; free resident and guest parking

Personal Care Services (bathing, dressing, medicines, etc.) are available on a fee-for-service basis unless covered by the Regional Health Authority's “Homecare Program”, but they are not included in the monthly accommodation fee.
