AgeCare supports the right of individuals or their authorized representatives to access and request corrections to health information and themselves, subjects to specific restrictions, as authorized by legislation.

AgeCare will not collect, use, or disclose personal or health information in any manner that is not in accordance with its duties and established policies.

AgeCare may disclose health information on a routine basis to other custodians for approved purposes as authorized by the Health Information Act.
