Phase One - Opened Fall, 2011 - Supportive Living (4) and Independent Affordable Housing

Phase one, which opened in the Fall of 2011, features 60 Supportive Living (SL4) studio suites and 42 Independent Affordable Living one and two bedroom self-contained apartments.

Phase Two - Opening Fall, 2013 - Supportive Living (4) and Long Term Care

Phase two, which is scheduled to open in the Fall of 2013, will feature 70 additional Supportive Living (SL4) suites and 30 new Long Term Care spaces.
