The optimum comfort, care and well-being
of each of our new residents is the principal focus
for each member of our staff.
We have hundreds of man-hours invested
in our operating polices that guides our practices and behaviours
– which maintains the highest standards of health care
delivery we can all be proud of.
In addition, a comprehensive Resident and
Family Handbook is distributed to each new resident, which
outlines our corporate Values and the Rights & Responsibilities
of all stakeholders in our partnership: the resident, the
resident’s family and the staff and administration
of Sunrise Gardens.
The development of these guidelines is
a dynamic on going process that is constantly evolving through
input from staff, residents and their families.
The personal care services are determined
by Alberta Health Services and are based on your unique
needs.
As your care needs change so will your
care services that are delivered to you. Each assessment
is made with the input of qualified staff, the resident,
and their family members to identify those services required
to meet each person unique care needs.
Such care may be but not limited to; bathing,
dressing, medication assistance and other related care services.
