Personal Care Services are available to residents through the Home Care Program depending on an individual care-needs assessment.

The assessment is completed by a Home Care staff member, with input from our qualified staff, the resident, and their family members to identify those services required to meet the resident's care needs.

The assessment covers such areas as assistance with bathing, dressing, laundry, medications, and mobility.

This program is through Alberta Health Services - Home Care.

Rejuvenate Wellness Stay Program

We also offer our own unique and very successful "Rejuvenate Wellness Stay Program" that provides respite, convalescent and recuperative stay for local seniors. 

Even the most dedicated caregivers experience times when they can no longer manage with their care giving roles.  Perhaps there is a long awaited vacation or planned surgery and home just isn't the right option for you. Valleyview offers accommodation and care services based on your own needs.

Additionally, we offer accommodation for families who may have a loved one in the hospital, strategically located directly below Medicine Hat Hospital staying at Valleyview means families are able to visit easily and often.

Respite Reimbursement:
