Christina Matta brings over a decade of experience in the long-term care and retirement sectors and a wealth of leadership experience to her role as Vice President, Ontario Operations.

Christina was most recently Director of Regional Operations at AgeCare, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership across the Ontario homes under her care. She is known for her integrity, compassion, and unwavering commitment to resident-centered care.

She served for ten years as the Executive Director of a large long-term care and retirement residence, having made the jump to administration after ten years in food services management.

Christina is a passionate runner who has even tackled the challenge of an ultramarathon. When she’s not on the trails, she cherishes time with her two children, relaxing at her cottage in Niagara-on-the-Lake or enjoying sunny days at the beach. An avid traveler, Christina loves exploring the world and creating new adventures with her family.
