Jasdeep Grewal is a highly accomplished healthcare professional with 20 years of dedicated experience in long term care. With a strong foundation in gerontology nursing and a person-centered leadership approach, Jas has excelled in leading interdisciplinary teams in providing high quality resident-centered care.

Her expertise spans clinical excellence, resident experience, quality improvement, risk management and regulatory compliance. She has a deep understanding of Ontario’s long-term care system, regulatory requirements and funding models. Jas is known for her strategic acumen and her ability to oversee the operational and clinical aspects of long- term care clinical applications and redevelopment projects. With a comprehensive skill set including critical thinking, transformational leadership and effective communication, Jas is committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation at AgeCare.

In her role as Vice President, Resident Care and Services, Jas oversees resident care, clinical programs and support services, as well as dietary and environmental services for AgeCare communities in Ontario. As a purpose-driven leader, Jas is steadfast in her focus on ensuring the delivery of safe, compassionate, high quality person-centred care that honours residents’ rights of autonomy, choice, dignity and respect.

Jas is a thrill seeker who enjoys skydiving, but she also enjoys more relaxing activities like painting at her cottage in Quebec with her dogs and family. At home in southwestern Ontario, she gives back by volunteering in the local Punjabi Sikh community.
