Rob Shea

Vice President, Infrastructure Management

In his role of Support Services and Facility Management, Rob ensures all services are in place and running smoothly at all AgeCare sites, so residents can enjoy a safe, clean, home-like environment. Rob’s goal and measurement of success is to achieve the highest level of resident and family satisfaction possible in all communities. Rob is a strong advocate in promoting a Health and Safety culture that keeps our employees safe, knowledgeable about their rights, and committed to keeping others safe. As an internal Partnership in Injury Reduction (PIR) auditor for 10-plus years, he is exceptionally knowledgeable about creating and sustaining high-calibre health and safety management systems and programs throughout our communities.

In previous jobs, Rob worked in business administration and civil engineering and oversaw operations for restaurants and several large healthcare facilities. Rob is also an avid film buff and worked in the movie industry for 20-plus years, honing his customer service and business management skills. With numerous leadership training courses under his belt, Rob is an inspiring leader and is extremely effective at building high-functioning teams.

When Rob is not hard at work at AgeCare, he is hard at work at home – doing handyman tasks that he enjoys, including plumbing, electrical, and drywall projects. He also loves walking his dog Casey and spending quality time with his friends and family.
