About this position:

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for completion of various clerical and administrative functions
  • Supports the leadership team in managing day-to day operations, service planning and labour utilization
  • Perform reception functions on the phone and in person, greeting visitors and assisting/directing them
  • Scheduling of staff

What you’ll need:

  • Certification or equivalent combination or experience, education and knowledge - 2 years + is preferred
  • Experience working with MS Office i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook are preferred;
  • Able to multi-task, handle changing priorities and work under pressure
  • Staffing and scheduling experience in a 24- hour environment an asset
