The Administrator is responsible for the leadership and administration of operations represented by Hospitality Services inclusive of: Administrative and Care Services, Food Services, Housekeeping & Maintenance/Facilities. This role is accountable for key performance improvements for overall operations within the communities including budget, maintenance, managing expenses, increasing revenue, occupancy, meeting Accommodation Standards, OH&S Standards and building a high-performance team within the communities, in collaboration with Care Services.
Within the scope of this position, the Administrator plays a key leadership role to provide and ensure an environment that promotes a culture of client safety and exemplary service.
