This opportunity is regular part time working day shifts from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm   Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

About this part-time (0.80 FTE) Dietitian role:

What you’ll do:

  • Conducts assessments of residents’ nutritional status and requirements
  • Develops nutritional care plans and provides nutrition education and counselling
  • Provides nutrition expertise, information and education to residents, health professionals, organizations and the public
  • Collect and maintain data for service indicators, progress reports and evaluations, and maintain clinical records of nutrition care programs, preparing reports and statistics based on the information gathered

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor Degree in Nutrition from an accredited Canadian University; and dietetic internship program.
  • 1 + years clinical nutrition experience in a health care facility/program and gerontology
  • Eligibility and/or Registration with the College of Dietitians of Alberta
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
