As part of the Corporate Human Resources team, the HR Advisor – OHS works under the direction of the Manager, HR Operations to assist the site management teams by supporting the assessment, development, and implementation of accommodation recommendations, absence/disability management, WCB case management, employee recognition/appreciation events/programs, job description/performance appraisal development and HR metrics.
