What you’ll do:

Ensure each resident is assessed to determine their physical therapy needs and abilities and create an action plan that allows the residents to fully enjoy life
Engage and inspire a team of Therapy Aides in being their best in their interaction with residents and other team members
Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences and communicate progress with family members

What you’ll need:

Completion of a Physical Therapy program from a Canadian accredited post secondary institution
Active registration with the College of Physical Therapists of BC
Previous Physiotherapy experience in a health care facility preferred; experience in gerontology an asset
Proven experience preparing assessments and MDS
