About these casual receptionist roles:

What you’ll do:

  • Greet all visitors, residents, families and staff in a cheerful manner, in person and on the telephone
  • Handle the switchboard, greet public, book tours and schedule meeting rooms
  • Provide administrative support to the management team
  • Direct all incoming traffic, including family members and ambulance attendants to the appropriate places
  • Answer questions from residents and visitors with a high degree of professionalism and cheerfulness

What you’ll need:

  • 2 or more years experience in a similar role, supporting the team
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Word and Excel
  • Excellent understanding of confidentiality and professionalism as it relates to health care
  • Professional and mature with excellent English Language skills, both orally and in writing
