The full time temporary opportunity is weekdays and may include weekends as needed and has an end date of June 2021.

About this temporary full time position:

What you’ll do:

  • Create a professional, warm and welcoming environment for Residents and visitors by greeting them and answering any questions they may have in a cheerful manner
  • Help with the Seniors independence by assisting with trust accounts as well as other billing and book keeping duties
  • Allow the leadership team to function at their best, by supporting them with clerical duties
  • Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail and managing deliveries

What you’ll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience dealing with the public face to face, ideally Seniors
  • Strong MS Office skills with an emphasis on Word and Excel
  • Preference will be given to those with previous book keeping experience
  • A warm, professional demeanor and an understanding of confidentiality as it relates to health care.
