Continuing Care Home Type A
A home-like setting for individuals with complex, unpredictable medical needs who are unable to remain at home or in a Continuing Care Home Type B setting. A Registered Nurse Care Leader oversees all elements of resident care. They lead an interdisciplinary team that include Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Heath Care Aides (HCAs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Physiotherapists (PTs), Recreational Therapists (RTs), and Social Workers.
Dementia and Memory Care
A safe, secure, home-like setting for individuals with varying levels of dementia and memory difficulties (including Alzheimer’s).

AgeCare Miller Crossing is a vibrant seniors’ community that celebrates and supports aging with dignity. Our community features open, welcoming spaces with common amenities that our residents enjoy.
As a continuing care community, it was specifically designed to include wide hallways, handrails, barrier-free suites, accessible ensuite bathrooms, and an emergency call system.
