Supportive Living is appropriate for people whose health care needs are predictable and can be scheduled. In SL3 Health Care Aides (HCAs) are on-site 24 hours a day to provide support, scheduled personal care, and medication assistance. The HCAs report to a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or a Registered Nurse (RN), who are on-site periodically, but not all the time. Dining experiences far beyond the ordinary

AgeCare residents often list the food as their favourite part of staying here. Our Red Seal Executive Chefs and Dietitians plan our menus with taste, nutrition, and presentation in mind – and meals are served in the comfort of a welcoming dining room. It is one of the many social gathering places in the community.

Meals are prepared fresh daily and include homemade soups, baked goods, and home-style options. They can be enjoyed in the dining room or served in your private suite – you decide.

Visiting family and friends are welcome to bring their own food or arrange for the kitchen to provide daily meals. Meal tickets can be purchased at a reasonable rate.

You and your family are also welcome to book the private family room with a full kitchen or purchase a meal at the North Star Bistro.

    Pets

Pets provide joyous companionship for you and your family. We invite you to bring your beloved dog, cat, or critters for visits.

Pets should be house trained, well behaved, leashed, and should not enter kitchens or eating areas. Proof of vaccinations is required before the first visit.
