Dedicated to professional care and friendly service

_DSC1050Our skilled and caring staff provide the highest level of care services to each of our residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our on-site professional staff and qualified aides off you complete peace of mind, with easy access to emergency nursing care, assistance or advice. We offer a complete range of services to our Fraser Health Region Long Term Care customers.

Nursing Services

The nursing department at AgeCare Harmony Court provides professional care designed to meet the physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of our residents on a 24-hour basis. Our care teams work in coordination with the other professionals within the centre, such as; recreation, dietitian consultant service, food services and others to meet the needs of our residents. This coordination of care and services creates an individual care plan for each resident.

Medical Services

Upon admission at AgeCare Harmony Court, a resident may continue to use their own physician or have the option to use a physician selected for them.

Food Services

We provide each resident with three nourishing meals a day, as well as snack and refreshments each morning, afternoon and evening. Upon admission, and at regular intervals throughout the year, each resident is assessed by a Registered Dietitian for special dietary needs. Family are always welcome to join their loved one during meal time and may purchase a meal ticket from the Registered Nurse on duty. Private dining for special occasions can be arranged and served in our family room.

Recreation Therapy

Our recreation department creates stimulating, leisure programs tailored to our residents needs and capabilities. Through these programs our residents can continue to pursue leisure interests, develop new skills and build rewarding relationships with other residents, staff and volunteers.

Medication & Pharmacy Services

The nursing department is responsible for obtaining medication orders from the admitting physician and for administering medications to the residents as outlined by the physician. Medications and pharmacy services are provided by a pharmacy that works closely with our health care team.
