During the pandemic, our reception and administration team have become the first line of defense to prevent the potential transmission of COVID-19 within our communities. Screening is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all and is mandated by Alberta Health and the BC Ministry of Health. These individuals work tirelessly – and unfortunately, somewhat thanklessly – to screen everyone entering the building and instruct visitors on wearing masks and washing their hands.
