Construction of Phase 3 at AgeCare Seton – Seton Place

We have had numerous inquiries regarding the setup of a new construction site next to our building. The vision for AgeCare Seton was always as a multi-generational campus nestled alongside a rental apartment for individuals and families, SoHo at Seton, and an apartment building designed for active seniors, fifty-five or older. The construction for this final phase, located to the east of AgeCare Seton, will begin on October 1, 2020. Hestia, our sister company, will be constructing a five-story apartment building that will connect with AgeCare Seton through the underground parking.
