Creating a Legacy: The Power of Storying our lives
Narrative therapy provides people with the opportunity to create their own biography. This program will provide you with a safe space to share your personal stories and celebrate your life’s accomplishments. It is also wonderful way to preserve your life legacy or keepsake for your friends and family. 2019 Year Recap
As 2019 comes to a close, the Recreation Department would like to thank you for your ongoing participation in programs and events. 2019 Highlights: we celebrated Chinese New Year, had an accommodation standard audit (passed), Continuing Care Health Service Standard audit (passed), Partners in Injury Reduction (passed), introduced a new skin care product, voted in a Provincial and Federal election, gardened, recreation began Movement & Wellness for all neighbourhoods, celebrated Stampede, had summertime BBQs, hosted education sessions on different topics, and most of all had a lot of fun! Looking forward to entering a new decade with you! Till next year….
