Change in Group Exercise Programming.

The rehabilitation department has done an evaluation on their group programming for exercise. They have graduated some of their participants. Check your calendar for continual group exercise offered by recreation.

Self Directed Exercise

Every Saturday in Evergreen Living Room @ 10:00am

Join us for a DVD run exercise program.
