As we enjoy the cooler evenings and colors slowly starting to change, we welcome September with some new programs, new clubs and a Fall Harvest Fair to start the month off right. Some small changes, but good changes – we will be hosting ‘Movie Days’ every Friday after lunch, along with our Movie Matinees on Sunday. Bingo Bonanza will be a club called ‘Fast Paced Bingo’ for all the bingo lovers that want to get in some extra games during the week. Our Fall Harvest Fair is our annual fall market where we have a variety of vendors set up in our Atrium for our residents, families and visitors to do some shopping! We will also have our Memorial Service at the end of this month to honor our residents that have passed. This month we have not 2, not 3, but 4 outings scheduled for our residents! A couple of drives around town stopping for ice cream of course, a lunch and movie outing and our annual outing to Kananaskis to spend some quality time at William Watson Lodge for the day. For the foodies out there, we have 2 in-houses – KFC for lunch or Boston Pizza for dinner.  Remember to come down to the ‘What’s Up in Recreation’ board for all your latest updates and to sign up for all those exciting outings and in-houses!
