Ashiana Jivraj is guided by the belief that AgeCare exists to enable individuals to age gracefully as they enter their next chapter of life. She is deeply committed to creating environments rooted in trust and accountability—where residents feel heard, teams feel supported, and care is delivered with both compassion and consistency.

In her role at AgeCare, Ashiana oversees day-to-day operations while seeking out best practices from across the country to continuously strengthen quality and experience. With a clinical background in dentistry and hands-on experience operating long-term care homes, she brings a practical, frontline perspective and a deep respect for the everyday realities faced by residents, families and staff.

Before joining AgeCare, Ashiana worked with healthcare payers and providers in the United States and as an Associate Dentist. She is recognized as an empathetic, service-oriented leader who believes strongly in the power of teams. Ashiana holds a DMD/MBA from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts from Barnard College, Columbia University.
