Situated directly east of Vancouver in the thriving metropolis of Burnaby, AgeCare Carlton is a modern, friendly, long-term care residence comprised of four stories and eight communities. This community offers bright, private and semi-private suites in a community where residents appreciate the joy of comfortable living, along with the safety and security of 24-hour quality nursing care.

The community
AgeCare Carlton consists of four care neighbourhoods – two on each floor – providing a cozy, home-like environment. Each neighbourhood has dedicated common spaces, including a dining room, an activity lounge, quiet cozy lounges, and a bath spa.
As a long-term care community, AgeCare Carlton was specifically designed to include wide hallways, handrails, bright barrier-free suites, accessible ensuite bathrooms, and an emergency call system.
117 of our suites are publicly subsidized. We also have 11 suites that are private pay for those who do not meet Fraser Health’s requirements.
