Situated in Victoria, near the Royal Jubilee Hospital, AgeCare Glenwarren offers residents a safe and secure home-like atmosphere where they and their families can be assured comfort and peace of mind.

At AgeCare, we know how important it is to create meaningful relationships and experiences for residents. At AgeCare Glenwarren, we provide high-quality, person-centred care where our residents are recognized, valued and celebrated for themselves.

Long-Term Care
A home-like setting for individuals with complex, unpredictable medical needs who are unable to remain at home or in a Supportive Living setting. A Registered Nurse Care Leader oversees all elements of resident care. They lead an interdisciplinary team that include Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Heath Care Aides (HCAs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Physio Therapists (PTs), Recreational Therapists (RTs), and Social Workers.

Designed with our residents in mind

AgeCare Glenwarren is a vibrant seniors’ community that celebrates and supports aging with dignity. Our community features open, welcoming spaces with common amenities that our residents enjoy, including bright private suites, cozy lounges, resident dining rooms, a hair salon, and a beautifully landscaped outdoor courtyard.

As a Long-Term Care community, it was specifically designed to include wide hallways, handrails, barrier-free suites, accessible ensuite bathrooms, and an emergency call system.

All of our spaces at AgeCare Glenwarren are designed for the enjoyment of the residents.

We offer our residents

  • a safe, secure home in an established community with private and semi-private suites
  • 24-hour on-site care staff
  • three delicious and nutritious meals a day, plus snacks
  • weekly house cleaning, plus laundry service for linens and towels
  • daily activities for the mind, body and soul

101 of our suites are publicly funded, and admissions begin with a health care assessment through Island Health. However, we do have 7 suites that are private pay if you do not meet Island Health’s requirements.
