AgeCare Woodhaven is conveniently located in Markham, close to Markham-Stouffville Hospital and Highway 407. Modern and welcoming, this long-term care residence is divided into ‘neighbourhoods,’ each featuring its own dining room, living room, and spa. AgeCare Woodhaven also offers a café and celebration room so residents can come together to socialize or spend time with family members. Committed to customer service and delivering care with dignity and respect, AgeCare’s competent staff team provides 24-hour nursing care, assistance with daily living activities and high levels of personal care, ensuring family members can feel confident their loved one is well cared for.

Long-Term Care
A home-like setting for individuals with complex, unpredictable medical needs who are unable to remain at home or in a Supportive Living setting. A Registered Nurse Care Leader oversees all elements of resident care. They lead an interdisciplinary team that include Registered Nurses (RNs), Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs), Personal Support Workers (PSWs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Physiotherapists (PTs), Recreational Therapists (RTs), Dietitians, Social Workers and Physicians.

Our community features open, welcoming spaces, bright private suites, and beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces. As a long-term care community, AgeCare Woodhaven was specifically designed to include wide hallways, handrails, barrier-free suites, accessible ensuite bathrooms, and an emergency call system.
