Tamara Dinelle

Tamara Dinelle’s diverse 20-year career spans across software, financial services, consulting, and government organizations.
Tamara believes that exceptional marketing is a result of understanding your customer’s needs and optimizing your customer’s experience with every interaction. She has led with this customer-first approach to successfully manage brand and demand generation marketing from start-up to global organizations.
In her role at AgeCare, she is responsible for leading marketing and communications across the organization. She is focused on brand management, integrated communications strategies, and reputation management to inspire employees, build trust and grow the business.
She graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts, English and has completed postgraduate programs at both York and Cornell universities.
Outside of work, Tamara is a lifelong community advocate. She leads fundraising and volunteer initiatives for organizations focused on youth development, education, and mental health. Her community focus is coupled with a lifelong passion for travel. Tamara has lived and worked on four continents, gifting her curiosity and the diversity of thought that she brings into her professional roles.
