Joanna Jeon serves as the General Counsel and Vice President of Legal & Corporate Services at AgeCare, where she oversees the Legal department and provides strategic legal advice to the Executive team. In her role, Joanna ensures that AgeCare’s operations and services comply with all legislative, regulatory, and legal requirements, contributing to the safe and effective delivery of integrated senior care services.

Joanna’s legal career has been shaped by her extensive experience in corporate law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), compliance, and corporate governance. Her expertise in auditing, due diligence, and ethical monitoring has been honed across various industries, providing her with a broad perspective that she now brings to AgeCare.

Outside of work, Joanna is an active individual who enjoys walking, religiously practices Pilates, and is an avid foodie—especially when it comes to sampling carrot cake at new restaurants and cafes.
